Price Match Policy - TravelVows
At TravelVows, our priority is to provide you with the most competitive travel offers. Our Price Match Policy (PMP) guarantees that if you discover a lower price for an identical itinerary, we will match it and refund the difference. Below are the details of how this policy operates
1. Definition of "Same Itinerary"
The term "same itinerary" signifies a complete alignment of all components of your booking, which includes:
- Flight number
- Airline carrier
- Travel dates
- Number of passengers
2. Requirement for "Offered and Available" Bookings
To submit a valid Price Match request, the itinerary you locate must be currently available for booking on the competitor's website at the time we conduct our verification. If the lower price is not available for booking, the request will be rejected.
3. Procedure to Request PMP
To begin a Price Match request, please reach out to us at [email protected] or call +1-800-854-2896. You will need to provide:
- Your booking reference number from TravelVows
- Information regarding the lower-priced itinerary
- A URL or screenshot from the competitor's website displaying the price
Our Travel Experts will assess the details based on the information you provide. If we can verify the lower price, we will either match it or issue a refund for the difference.
4. Exceptions and Exclusions
The Price Match Policy does not extend to
- Membership programs
- Corporate discounts
- Group discounts
- Charter fares
- Rewards programs
- Incentive offers
- Meeting or convention fares
- Promotional offers not accessible to the general public
Exclusions also encompass:
- Military, student, government, tour operator, bulk, vacation package, and fare errors.
If any of these exclusions are applicable, the Price Match will not be honored.
