All fees associated with our post-ticketing services are non-refundable and may change without prior notice. These fees are in addition to any charges imposed by airlines or other suppliers.

Taxes and fees mandated by the government are also subject to change. You will be billed only for the final total amount that is displayed or quoted by our representative.

 

(1) The majority of our airline tickets are non-refundable. Refunds are only possible if the fare rules of our Travel Suppliers permit cancellations and refunds, and if we have approved your refund request. Additionally, you must not be classified as a "no show," as most "no show" bookings are ineligible for any refund waivers from suppliers. We must also be able to obtain waivers from suppliers to process the requested cancellation and refund.

 

(2) Most airline tickets we offer are non-refundable. Refunds or future credits are contingent upon the fare rules, policies, and procedures established by the airline.

 

Special Services are available solely upon request and are subject to the review and approval of each airline, in accordance with their fare rules, policies, and procedures. Fees for Special Services will be charged at the time the service is provided and will only be refunded if the airline denies the request.

 

In cases of name misspelling, the passenger's name on the ticket must match the details on the passport or any universally accepted government ID.

 

For baggage claims, please keep all baggage receipts and tags. In the event of a no-show, documentation explaining the reason for missing your scheduled departure will be required. If denied boarding, you will need to provide documentation explaining the circumstances. For duplicate tickets, copies of all tickets reflecting the same itineraries booked with us will be necessary to process a refund request.
